What are "divine qualities"?

He was not a con. He believed he was who he said he was. He wasn't deliberately deceiving people, if they chose to follow him. There's a difference
The divine qualities of Baha’u’llah start with Trustworthiness and Truthfulness, the foundations of all virtues.

Tge divine qualities of Baha'u'llah are far different than the Disciples. The Metephor would he as compared to the Sun and Moon.
Baha'u'llah was the Sun and the Disciples are the moon, they get their light and station of orbit from the Sun.

I can quote what Baha'u'llah offered are some of the divine qualities/virtues.
"....Among them are trustworthiness, truthfulness, purity of heart while communing with God, forbearance, resignation to whatever the Almighty hath decreed, contentment with the things His Will hath provided, patience, nay, thankfulness in the midst of tribulation, and complete reliance, in all circumstances, upon Him. These rank, according to the estimate of God, among the highest and most laudable of all acts...."

Whether anyone has any sort of "divine qualities" at any given point is, unfortunately, an entirely arbitrary call.
It is an aesthetical judgement based on the willingness to believe.
