I don't believe God will judge any animals because they don't know right from wrong
God said that He will demand an account from every animal that kills a human.
"And for your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each human being, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of another human being. - Genesis 9:5
Do animals have souls?
But the animal doesn't have a soul, the animal IS a soul.
Like we are a soul.
We don't HAVE a soul, we ARE a soul.
"And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. - Genesis 2:7
The Biblical word for "soul" comes from the word "nephesh" and means living creature.
"The first four times nephesh is used in the Bible, it is used exclusively to describe animals: Gen 1:20 (sea life), Gen 1:21 (great sea life), Gen 1:24 (land creatures), Gen 1:30 (birds and land creatures).
At Gen 2:7 nephesh is used as description of man.
At Gen 2:7 nephesh is used as description of man.
And man became a living nephesh (soul).
The soul can die.
The soul that sinneth, it shall die.
"The soul that sinneth, it shall die. - Ezekiel 18:20
Eternal life is a gift that comes from God.
The people that don't get it, just die.
The better question might have been will the animals, especially our animals, be in heaven, or in the afterlife of the earth made new?
Can we have our animals back again?
The Bible is pretty much silent about it, but according to my read, if a person makes it into God's future kingdom, it would be an easy thing for God to get his animals back.
God said that He will make all things new again.
"And the One seated on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” Then He said, “Write this down, for these words are faithful and true.” - Revelation 21:5
And while ALL of creation groans for the revelation of the sons of God,
"For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God.- Romans 8:19
Who really knows if the spirit of a man goes upward, or the spirit of an animal goes back into the earth.
"Who knows whether the spirit of man goes upward and the spirit of the beast goes down into the earth? - Ecclesiastes 3:21
Peaceful Sabbath.
