I don't know about that. The discussion has been pretty conclusive to me that atheists absolutely are space aliens.

If you grant us the occasional baby-eating binge we're quite moral.

I hate to break it to you and I hope they're not watching, but we're all space alie

Wait, they are right. I have no morals. Give me a half hour or so while I go rampage through the streets mindlessly. I'm of half a mind of biting a dog right now, just for the heck of it.

And it has been so long since I last scared elderly women to run away from me.

What was I thinking?

Considering that morals are utterly constructed by human minds and essentially flawed as they are based on value judgments more so than reason, does it really matter?

I would say it matters a whole lot, because it is human duty to try and improve its own moral perception.

There is no human duty. Either people try to improve moral perceptions or they don't. No one has to sit in front of a committee for it.

Often times people have morals that are far from moral, in my estimation.

I don't understand. You deny the existence of the duty, then you go on to say why it does?!?

I guess it is not quite as obvious to others that moral responsibility is a very high priority for everyone as it is to me.

Understandably so. Inevitable that it happens.

The factors driving human conditions are far more powerful than their moral intentions in their activities.

It doesn't matter who has morals or doesn't. It only matters to people, who value their existence. Outside of human perception, the question is of no significance. But, I'm very aware of the benefits of altruism in the species, considering I and many more exist in one way or another due to its existence. The benefits for me and others, of course, to the extent I can.

Not to mention, there are a multitude of various possible moral convictions. I'd think you'd find that virtually all of them are contested by someone.
