Then I guess all judges must be dismissed from all cases since all judges are of one "race" or another?
It seems impossible to get the point across that a judge's bias is a very real risk for both
plaintiff & defendant, but one cannot say that every judge is always biased by race,
gender, religion, etc.
The real question here is whether Trump has good reason to suspect this judge..

Correct, a caucasian judge is biased toward other races. The solution is to make sure the Judge's race is identical to that of the defendant. This ensures no bias.
Nope, I can't agree with that. If a particular judge's decision appears that it might be bias, there is an appeals process.

In the case of Trump, there's no moral basis that he's working from-- only a self-serving one. If there was a moral basis, then his accusations could have and should have been leveled when dealing with cases that didn't involve him in any way.

Also let me add, and I think you brought this up before, that this judge has presided over some pretty high-profile cases and has a stellar reputation of being fair and unbiased, such as his presiding over a major drug cartel case that involved Mexicans.

Absolutely not. Judges that interpret the constitution identically have to be elected. Or my favorite, all judges have to be of one(I) world order. All will be treated farely. No drug court...No veterans court...no juvenile court... no guilty untill presumed innocent...no administrative detention...just law. "We the people" ...individual persons.

Felons can't vote while they are on supervision by the department of corrections. Judges have the power to expunge their convictions so they can vote.....if they like the convict:moneybag:
