No, hate them. We had an American expat family renting a house with a garden backing onto ours, that erected one in their garden, just across the wall from us. It was mainly used by the overweight man of the house and we had to put up with his goofy face bouncing up into view every few seconds, like a jack-in-a-box, accompanied by the rhythmic noise of straining springs. We eventually got a laugh out of it though, as one day he was doing his usual exercise when there was a sudden BAIOWYNNGG!!, followed by a sotto voce "****"......and silence. It never worked again.:D

No. Never cared for them. Tried when I was a kid and sprained my wrist and bruised my ego horribly.

I've never been sure. On one hand, they can be lots of fun and good exercise but on the other hand, they can be dangerous and lead to lots of silly injuries.

So in conclusion, I'm very much up and down on trampolines. :D

I remember The Man Show.
It featured girls on trampolines.
This is good.

Had a couple at school in the physical training room. Good exercise for gymnastics but nothing to get excited about.

Trampolines are actually kind of dangerous. However, what might appear to be a safer alternative are those "jumping castles" where kids can jump inside a kind of plastic bubble with air pumped in to jump around. But I've even heard of accidents happening with those.

Personally, I don't jump anymore myself, except maybe some jumping jacks (but not as much as I probably should).
