Yep. I'd celebrate under it singing praise to the moon deities. I feel protected under the moon in the night.

Yes. It helps with night travel. Not that a werewolf needs light at night, but.......

I love the full moon. It lets you walk through the woods without a flashlight at night.

Sometimes this time of year, as it's rising over the ocean it's huge and orange like a gigantic pumpkin.

Almost like space is celebrating Halloween.

Oh my, did I say that!

Have to ask: what do you climb at night?

Unless that's really you in your avatar.
Mountains - but some time ago. It's quite common to set off before dawn so as to avoid dangerous conditions later in the day - where snow and ice might melt, for example. We set off about 3.00am to climb the Matterhorn, and hence were in darkness for about two hours. So head torches are used in such circumstances. The same tends to happen when a long route has to be fitted in between available daylight hours, and where a full moon could be useful.

PS And especially so where the mountain is covered in snow and ice.
