Do you only worship Brighid during Imbolc?

I have seen some books indicate the certain rituals must take place during embolic, but can it be done for any other day? Can you still leave offerings to her even if it's in fall or winter? Can you still work with her even if it's not close to her special day?

I hope you don't mind me posting here, but my opinion is: Why not? It seems kinda sad to me if a deity would be only remembered on a single day, especially since she also seems to have many attributes that are not restricted to spring. And even when it's not literally spring, it can still be the symbolical spring of something that one may want to use as an occasion for connecting with her.

But you even can celebrate Imbolc without worshiping Brigid.
Personally, I mainly associate Imbolc with tricksters and mask-wearing deities due to its closeness to the carnival season.

I had wondered as there are spells and rituals for Brighid, such as ones that focus on spells for Imbolc but I always wondered if these rituals were specifically for Imbolc or any other day. Some do specific a day or welcoming ritual. But I guess it does not hurt to offer bread and milk while it is summer

I think you might be missing the point of ritual timing. It isn't necessary to follow ritual timing at all; it's an optional tool for enhancement that you can take or leave as you will. The idea behind ritual timing isn't that you can only do something at a particular time, but that the correspondences of a particular time lend strength to a particular ritual. Suggesting we can only honor or develop a relationship at some particular time once a year is very counterproductive. It's akin to saying you can only hang out with your friends on their birthday. That's no way to build and cherish a relationship, yah?

Nope

Well I suppose so. It makes sense. I know there are some rituals and spells that specifically require to be done on Imbolc but as far as general worship every day should work.

Some say homemade bread and milk are good offerings but no all of us have cows xD I suppose it is the thought that counts. Much like when connecting with a plant spirit. One does not have to give it life in order to work with the plant spirit.
