I see this is an old unanswered post.
When I was a boy at boarding school we had morning and evening prayer every day in the school chappel.
This has largely died out.
How ever a priest is expected to say the offices.
If there is no priest available at our thursday evening Eucharist, we say evening prayers from the BCP.
