My short term memory has gotten significantly worse. Doc said the meds probably are contributing to that.

I guess it's all depends on how you approach things from various angles. I'm sure in many instances in a dynamic and ever changing environment, there will be more than one diametrically ever changing paradoxical answer to the question all on the fly.

Mmm .. too many stimulants pump out circulating vitamins in your urine .. at least, makes
the system ( & kidneys) less efficient.

I take an anti-depressant, and it helps to keep my memory working. My memory gets worse when I'm in a highly depressive phase.
