Are we talking Abrahamic God, or gods in general?
God's in general, quite obviously yes.
Abrahamic God, Dunno, I've never really considered the question before.

omnipotent, omniscient and impotent does not sound quite right.

But In my vew God does not have a fixed corporate body, He has no need of one of his own.

Well if he is a god then does he really need genetalia? If he wants "something"(orgasm) he can have it, so why go through all the struggles n strains, :149:(closest smilie i could find to it)or :shout (if you consider there are others with him, lol), to get to the end result he can immediately have?:bonk:LOL, what a topic. Nice ONE!!!!

That reminds me of The Rastus and Liza joke, when Liza sent Rastus to the doctor, because their love life had waned.

He came back home, with top hat & tails, a pin stripe suit, a walking stick, gloves.................

Liza says " Rastus Rastus! I sent you to the doctor; why you been buyin clothes for yourself ?"

And Rastus turns to her, with a great beaming smile and says "Liza, I did go to the doctor, an he told me I'zer impotent, and I thought 'Rastus, if you's impotent, you'd better dress impotent' "........:D

Anything with a sex has genitalia. Thus it boils down to the individual's view of God.

If you believe God is literally the Father, as in a male, then yes he would need male genitalia. If you believe God to be spiritual in construct and so without genitalia, then the term Father is not literally true but more of a title, and could just as easily be Mother, in this case genitalia would be unlikely.

But then again, if you believe God is sometimes spiritual but can manifest as physical - but always as a male, then i guess He only sometimes has genitalia. Tis complicated when you think about it too hard.

Abraham God has to have it, since we are made after His image. The other 'minor' Gods under the Abraham God did come down to earth and have sex with human females if I am not mistaken as reported in the OT. So without question they or He had it.

Another way to look at it is that organ is also used for urination. So that is also a must have organ.

So God the father, and God the holy spirit that never took up the physical form do not have it. Only God the son Jesus has it. For the second coming, he will be coming back as the same physical form as reported in NT. I wonder what is the use of him having it unless he is going to use it???

This is not true. If I had my genitalia removed, I could still identifiably be a man due to other physical differences. Agreed this is extraordinary circumstances but then again, talking about God's balls or lack there of is fairly extraordinary as well.

Other than that, I agree with greatcalgarian :).

Our Heavenly Father has nothing less than what we have or possess. A Heavenly Mother exists as well, with nothing less than what women posses.

I've a better question...

Does he have nipples?
That is a good question :D

Hmm... well a male is little more than a modified female, that's why we have redundant mammary glands and nipples.

But if God the Father was the first to exist, then He couldn't be a modified female, so no He shouldn't have nipples. Why then He chose to make earthly males in the way He did is a bit of a mystery.

I could claim improved would be a better word than modified, that would make for an interesting flamefest.

So for those voting "yes". Why did God come into existance with reproductive organs when there is nothing for him to reproduce with?

Bellybutton?
