What is a 'Sunstone' anyway? There are certainly Sunstone, it's the official gemstone of Oregon. But what is it to be 'the' Sunstone. I think we need to reach a proper definition before we can address the issue of existence!

I've seen no proof.

Proof is for mathematics. I regularly dream about The @Sunstone (and I'd really prefer you use the correct grammatical deference to his holiness). Whilst I can accept this is not proof to you, I hope you can see that there is in fact meaningful evidence of his greatness.

I suspect you too will be visited if you could just push aside your cynicism for a few moments.

I will say, however, that I remain to be convinced on the doctrine of pantslessness. It is probably a relic of my culture, but I can't quite bring myself to discard material possessions entirely.

Who said I'm a cynic? I think you're jumping to conclusions. I've had dreams about The Sunstone, but I've also had dreams about The Saturnstone, The Earthstone and the Moonstone. Why do you have to have just one Stone; why not more?

You are welcoming to your multi-deistic beliefs, but in my worldview we have a saying...

'She who worships Sunstone, Saturnstone, Earthstone and Moonstone is surely stoned.'

Peace be upon you.

In order to help cancer patients, Sunstone once volunteered to receive DNA from a chimp.

Yes, but based on the fact that he decided 'natural' DNA insertion was preferable to some sort of surgical procedure, I suspect that might have had something to do with his personal sexual fetishes...

;)

Ya got a point there...still, I was caught off guard because it didn't happen sooner...

I've been known to occasionally undermine a thread with juvenile humour, and this seemed an appropriate place to propogate that.

Having said that, using the word 'propogate' after hinting at Sunstone's chimp-sex fetishes is probably a bridge too far, right?

Actually, I don't think we've begun to plumb the depths of lowbrow humor that could be mined by discussing The @Sunstone 's proclivities...

good grief! Did I just write that? The thought of The @Sunstone and his "activities" is keeping me celebate...

'Activities' worries me less than you wanting to plumb Sunstone's depths.

I would recommend you're going to need a snorkel. And possibly a harpoon gun for self-protection.
