So its Just coming breaking news.No no impeachment yet. Trump says he wants to order request the DOJ to prosecute Clinton Hillary Clinton and Comey. The DOJ sent Trump a memo saying if you request or order the DOJ to prosecute or investigate Clinton and or Comey they will have a large amount of legal consequences for him plus they will start process for impeachment! YAY! I guess he wont do it now I hope he does!

The DOJ can't start impeachment processes... so you're reporting something wrong here.

I'm sure if they told House of Representatives the situation Dems could do it but read the article this is what they are saying impeachment the word impeachment was inserted in that memo.

The DOJ can't initiate the process for impeachment.

This is the actual words a Lawyer told him he could be facing impeachment.
yer, Donald F. McGahn II, rebuffed the president, saying that he had no authority to order a prosecution. Mr. McGahn said that while he could request an investigation, that too could prompt accusations of abuse of power. To underscore his point, Mr. McGahn had White House lawyers write a memo for Mr. Trump warning that if he asked law enforcement to investigate his rivals, he could face a range of consequences, including possible impeachment

Yes you are, the LEGESLATURE has to start the process of impeachment. The DOJ is not the legislature!!

So one of these three must be true:
-You are wrong or wrote the wrong thing.
-The article you link is mistaken.
-Or the DOJ is so stupid that they issued a threat they could not possibly back up!!

I doubt it is the third.

Your link goes to the New York Times, and they aren't that bad...

So I'm guessing the first is the case, and you are wrong, since the alternative is the DOJ or NYT made very, very wrong, insanely idiotic statements.

I was wrong to say it was the DOJ that's what I thought I heard.But it was the Lawyer and he said he could be facing impeachment exact quote so te Lawyer said he could be facing it.

Imagining any of this will happen, or that it would then trigger an impeachment movement by the House of Representatives, is rank speculative fantasy.

From your past posts, you seem quite smitten with the possibility that Trump might/could/possibly be impeached. That isn’t going to happen. You should find a new hobby. Unless you have nothing better to do than to waste time.

I did not ring up impeachment this time his Lawyer did. Don't kill the messenger, I'm telling you his Lawyer said to him its considered to abuse of power its coming upon CNN now. If he could do it sense he said he was he would so if your right you will see him doing it, he already said he was going to do it.

Its not possible for him to do it its abuse of power. So if Im wrong sense he said he was going to before White house Lawyers told him not too,so if your right you'll be hearing about the DOJ investigating and prosecuting Clinton and Comey.

If Trump did this Trump could be facing impeachment. He wanted to do this but did not do so.

He wanted to prosecute Hillary and Comey and that abuse could be viewed as being an impeachable offense.

So once again the lawyers were warning Trump not to do this. He didn't. The story that he wanted to has been leaked.

Nonsense. Everything leaks out eventually, and with this administration it does not take long. This is a perfect example.
