The source for your article seems to be a website devoted to political conspiracy theories, my story on Trump came from the Huffington post, now the Huffington post is left of center, but not far enough left to confuse an unsubstantiated story with a real event, obviously they had contact with the girls lawyers for the story, I don't think they would just make up the whole thing, that doesn't mean the accuser is truthful, it just means there most likely is an accuser, a court case, and lawyers representing her.

As someone who has been sued, at jury, four times I can say with some
authority that lawsuits can be filed by anyone, even w/o an attorney.
All one needs to is learn how to file from any public library and have at it.
I never lost any of those four claims against me.
These were decades ago, 1980's if I recall, and just one legal bill then
was $25 grand for just one of the four lawyers that defended me.
One jury deliberated and whopping 15 minutes and came out with a verdict
in my favor.
What a huge p.i.t.a. that was.
One notable suit was filed by a homosexual male that I arrested for beating
a one legged, blind, bed ridden, man who was confined in a nursing home.
The "fellow" alleged that when I took off my suit jacket he saw my weapon
in a shoulder holster and felt intimidated into lying that he did in fact
beat the poor ol' guy.
Of course he recanted the confession saying he was coerced by his "fear".
Never mind I had him on video and audio tape and he gave a hand written
statement that he beat the poor man.

These kinds of charges happen all the time with high status public figures with a lot of money. Even at worst, the plaintiff could probably make out with a small settlement just so the defendant can get out of the public eye. It's especially sensitive given that it's election time. Having said that, does Trump seem like the pedo type? Eh...maybe.
