I decided to research 'Honorary Black Belt' online, and I learned that this type of Black Belt has been awarded out of courtesy, and it's been awarded to political figureheads and celebrities. I browsed a few Martial Art message boards, and the consensus I found was that this type of Black Belt is normally given to experienced teachers of the martial art, and it requires years of training and teaching in Taekwondo. It's not popular when it's just given to someone who hasn't earned it.
If Donald Trump had spent years of training and teaching in Taekwondo, than he would have bragged far and wide about it. He wouldn't have been able to help himself, because he loves to brag about how awesome he thinks he is. He loves to brag about himself, whether it's about his sexual exploits or what he thinks he's accomplished. The Ninth-Degree of a Black Belt is a high rank in martial arts, and it's very difficult to earn. Donald Trump holds his glass or bottle of water with both of his hands, and now we're supposed to believe that he is the best in martial arts? An 'Honorary Black Belt' is like an honorary degree. It isn't rightfully earned.

Trump is not the first prominent world leader to receive a ninth-degree black belt. Russian President Vladimir Putin was awarded the honor during a visit to Seoul in 2013.
Like Trump, Putin never practiced taekwondo. However, the Russian leader does have a black belt in judo.
A ninth dan black belt is the highest level that can be achieved by professional martial artists. Trump and Putin outrank martial arts expert and “Walker, Texas Ranger” star Chuck Norris, who only has an eighth-degree taekwondo black belt.

Yes, facts are good, and learning the actual facts seems to be a rare occurrence among those who support Trump. I have seen the same among some people who support Biden, but it isn't as prominent as I've seen it among Trump's loyal supporters.
