I think that through Trumps self-assurred approach to all things, He ignorantly does what he feels empowered to do in a way that requires as little coordination as possible with others. He is the ultimate, deeply funded narcissist whose sheer selfishness is like a flame to the moths and an embarrassment and shame to the rest.
