Which specific parts of any particular songs just fill you with energy, emotion, or any other awesome feeling when you listen to them?

I could post a number of songs, but I'll stick with one:

(1) 00:05-01:10 = excellence.
(2) 01:11-02:01 = goosebumps.
(3) 02:01+ is impressive, but the first two minutes blow my mind the most.
