No. Many of those laws breakdown before the "singularity".

I did not mean before as in a time before the singularity. When we "rewind" the universe using the models we have those models start producing nonsensical result very close to time the singularity existed. By close I mean an amount of time which is beyond our normal perception of time.

See here. Big Bang happened. But there was no singularity in it. That is what the majority of cosmologists today agree upon.

Therefore we all were spirits with God, before we came to be here on Earth of flesh and blood.

There are many people when reading the book of Ephesians Chapter one, have no comprehension what Paul is talking about.
What Paul is talking about, is how we were Predestinated.
As what Paul said in Verse 5, "Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ.
God Predestinated us to be his children by Jesus Christ.
This Predestinated came to be, back in the first earth age.That God Predestinated us to be here in this second earth age.to be his children by Jesus Christ.

There are 3 stages that the earth is going thru.
The 1st earth age, is where the dinosaur bones came from. The dinosaur bones being God's witnesses of that first earth age.
We are now in the 2nd earth age.

The 3rd earth age will come at the coming of Christ Jesus when he sets up his kingdom here on Earth.

This universe may have arisen out of a previous universe. There was no absolute starting point, no.
This universe will not end, though the stars may all go out etc.

When this universe started it was quite small, but it emerged from a pre-existing universe/space which was very big/infinite.
I believe there is no absolute beginning. New Universes continue to arise from previous ones for ever and ever.
