I do not understand why 'Individual Number One' is not at risk for prosecution related to the Michael Cohen conviction.

That is very true. We saw Trump push things, and the Constitution and decentralization power saw us through.
We REALLY need to readdress the launch procedure for nukes though. We also found that out.

I propose that each nuclear missile have seating for 4.
If launching them is so necessary for national survival,
then I'm sure the Prez would be willing to go with it.
The other 3 are for paying sightseers.
