It was this morning. So what? Trump is still too poor to afford it.
The court called his bluff. Now Trump can claim he has the $175 million. And still fail to provide payment.
Trump will now be viewed as poorer than before this ruling. (his worst nightmare)
You can take that as an admission that Trump is not quite as rich as he claims to be, he has neither the cash, nor the friends, it would have taken to make the original bond. It remains to be seen if he has enough of either to make this newly adjusted bond.
