Last night, We candle gazed,
Has been a while since I have connected to Fire,
Since I was blessed for a while with an open Fire place (oh so much joy),
I finally moved past my fear of Fire at this time( I would not even light a candle for a long time)

The Flame moves freely, gets bigger and smaller but in a sense is still the same, still connects to the wik (core).

After gazing, I went into trance singing for a while, probably 30 minutes singing improv. songs, which felt amazing.
I was kneeling.
Upon waking,
I felt such a big sensation in the back of my legs, calves especially, I really wanted to label this as 'pain' but it was not, it was a big release, I had to stay calm and breathe even though it felt like my legs where going to explode of my body.

this is funny because I have been thinking about this saying lately 'fallen' is anything that has come downwards in density, so therefore any contact with anything higher in this realm is the 'falling' of another realm.
