Your question makes no sense, and adds absolutely nothing that makes the statement "As far as calls to hang Mike Pence, who knows what that meant?" any less absurd.
They erected a gallows and shouted "Hang Mike Pence". What, on earth, do you think they could possibly have "meant"?
I'm afraid this appears to show a real inability to think rationally. What possible reason could so many people have to risk not just jail but possible death -- for no purpose other than to delay the formalilty of a procedure for just a few hours, with full expectation that the election would still be ratified and Biden sworn in 15 days later? That would be the single most foolish undertaking by a large number of people possibly in history! It's simply ludicrous!
Fine, lets just deal with that. It was planned. It was not just a bunch of people acting impulsively out of strong emotion. This is not like someone losing control and throwing ketchup against the wall. They made a plan, and they carried out that plan. We both agree on that
So what was their intention? Why do you think they did this? You can't say there was no reason, not when it was planned out like this.
Do you really think they just wanted to delay this temporarily? Do you really think this was just a "complaint"? Was this all just for fun?
As I said before; if we assume there were those who wanted to kill the vice president, what's your point? How does this support your claim of them wanting to install Trump as dictator?

Because Donald Trump told them that if he were not the President, they would lose their country. (This is, of course, just more Trump lies and hyperbole.) In his own words, on January 6: ""We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore." To suggest that means just "delay" doesn't make the least sense, since the end result -- according to his own hyperbole -- would be the loss of "their country."
You also said that after they "disrupted the process, they left." That's not quite true, either, is it? They left when Trump was finally persuaded to get on the air and say "we love you, but go home." Again, here are his own words, spoken on that day:
“I know your pain, I know you’re hurt, but you have to go home now, we have to have peace. We have to have law and order, we have to respect our great people in law and order [...] these are the things and events that happen when a sacred landslide election victory is so unceremoniously & viciously stripped away from great patriots who have been badly & unfairly treated for so long. Go home with love & in peace. Remember this day forever!”
They obeyed the only Commander-in-Chief they were going to follow, election be damned.
So how did they plan to do this? They were basically unarmed; did they expect to defeat the US military with bear spray and zip ties? Explain this elaborate plan they put in action.

I already told you but you didn't understand. The first thing they needed to do was hold out for just a few more hours. The electoral act said that this had to be completed on Jan 6th.
Nobody really know what would have happened if that didn't. Some people think it would have been sent back to the States. There was a theory that Congress would vote, one vote each. I don't know, nobody does.
And btw they had weapons stored offsite, if they somehow got them, I don't know. It could have been a bloodbath.
But let me ask you this. What if Mike Pence was on board with this plan. What would happened then? Or what if they caught Mike Pence and held him hostage? What if they caught other members of Congress? How would they have dealt with a hostage situation in the Capital, when the President was on the side of the terrorists?
And do you really think all they wanted to do was delay the counting for a few hours? Are you serious? That is so absurd.
