Favorite '80s Song(s)

Woberts

The Perfumed Seneschal
The vocals aren't for everyone, and I'm not a fan of the rest of their songs barring 2112. But, Rush is still a pretty good band.

It's actually from 1979, but YMO massively influenced most of the major music trends in the 80s from synth pop, house, techno, electro to hip-hop.

Also Michael Jackson who covered it (via Quincy Jones) which is one of his best songs.

And Eric Clapton covered the Jackson version

Perhaps we should have a thread comparing different versions - or perhaps there is one already? :D

I think I preferred it when Clapton just had his guitar. :D :D
