The Voice of Reason
Doctor of Thinkology
I was in a conversation the other day, and we started talking about things we could remember from our childhood. One of my favorite memories was from the age of about 4 or 5 years old - we lived in an apartment complex that had a brick exterior. I'd get dressed, eat a bowl of cereal, and then go outside. I could sit on the stoop and lean back against the brick wall, and I could feel the sun on my face, with the bricks releasing their heat into the back of my shirt. On a cool morning, this was just an overwhelming feeling. I'm 47 now, and I can still remember what that felt like.
Anyone else? I want memories from early childhood - not stories of what you did on the evening of your senior prom. The good stuff that you can recall from your youngest days.
