He will have to ask the Supreme court to over rule the ruling which probably will not happen. This will be his last chance.

Well, when Trump promised to release his tax returns before the election he didn't really say which election. Now did he?

More than a year before he announced his presidential campaign, Trump told an Irish television station that he would "absolutely" release his tax returns if he entered the race.

"If I decide to run for office, I'll produce my tax returns, absolutely," he said. "And I would love to do that."

Asked if he would release them publicly, Trump said, "we're working on that now."

Trump revisits the audit argument on Twitter.

"Tax experts throughout the media agree that no sane person would give their tax returns during an audit," he said. "After the audit, no problem!"

______________________

MAY 11, 2016:
Trump tells the Associated Press that his taxes are under "routine audit" and he will release them when the audit is done.

"I would release my tax returns when audit is complete, not after election!" he tweeted about the interview.

______________________

SEPTEMBER 27, 2016:
Trump says during the first presidential debate that his taxes will be released once an audit is finished.

"I don't mind releasing. I'm under a routine audit, and it will be released. As soon as the audit's finished, it will be released," he said.

OCTOBER 4, 2016:

Mike Pence says during a vice presidential debate with Democratic candidate Tim Kaine that Trump has not "broken his promise" about releasing tax returns.

"Look, Donald Trump has filed over 100 pages of financial disclosure, which is what the law requires," Pence said. He added that trump is "going to release his tax returns when the audit is over."

“treason”

Definition: In Article III, Section 3 of the United States Constitution, treason is specifically limited to levying war against the US, or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. Conviction requires two witnesses or a confession in open court.[2]

Penalty: U.S. Code Title 18: Death,[8] or not less than 5 years' imprisonment and not more than life imprisonment without the possibility of parole (minimum fine of $10,000, if not sentenced to death). Any person convicted of treason against the United States will permanently lose the right to ever hold or run for public office anywhere in any capacity within the United States.[9][10]

Constitutionally, citizens of the United States owe allegiance to at least two sovereigns. One is the United States, and the other is their state. They can therefore potentially commit treason against either, or against both.[4] At least fourteen people have been charged with treason against various states; at least six were convicted, five of whom were executed. Only one person has ever been executed for treason against the federal government: William Bruce Mumford, who was convicted of treason and hanged in 1862 for tearing down a United States flag during the American Civil War.[5]

Trump should abbolish the IRS. They take too much taxes anyway. So if his taxes show he defaulted, so what, the government needs to back off from people.

The experts and lawyers say if all the courts have been ruling against something, the likelyhood of it being over turned in Supreme court is highly unlikely.
On the other hand, the court is pretty well packed with conservatives...

What would you do without the services your taxes pay for?

The country had taxes that funded government BEFORE the IRS existed.
Yes, but neither did the government provide the goods and services we enjoy today: Infrastructure, education, Social Security, minimum wage laws, food and water inspection, public courts, wage and hour regulations, building codes, disaster assistance, &c.

Government didn't see itself as a public service organization, in service to the people. It was a cabal protecting the power and privileges of its class.

If you wanted a road, a fire department or to educate your kids you had to pay for it yourself, out-of-pocket.
Also, the issue isnt taxes, its over taxation.
What constitutes "over?" Government provides services wholesale; services you couldn't afford retail, or arrange privately.

How do you conceive of government? What is it you object to?

Me, I object its role in promoting the interests of the exploiting classes over those of the people; the bankers, industrialists, &c -- the "Economic Royalists" who have largely co-opted the political system.
I object to the propaganda, surveillance and promotion of divisiveness that keep the people in their place and mask government's exploitation.

But I support government as organizer of the Social Contract; as a social service co-op that promotes the common welfare and security.

I get the impression that many of the libertarian and right-wing, anti-government, anti-tax types, would throw the baby out with the bath water.

But the next step is not actually going to be an appeal to the entire court. The next step is an appeal for a stay to one specific member of the court.

And that member will be .....
