Hi. I'm Ray. Are you really 15? I think I was 16 when I joined RF? Close to your age. I'm now 22. Be sure to practice internet safety and be careful what info you give to people on here. And be sure to make sure to get some socialization outside of RF and the internet.

Back when I was first on here RF became a safe haven for me but I also looking back made some poor decisions some that were unsafe. Luckily no one here on RF has done anything unsafe towards me not since I've been on here but i got lucky with some the stuff I was saying and doing particularly in pms. I also didn't have many friends outside of the internet something I regret.

This place could help a lot and be a good influence on you. I just advise being careful. Practice internet safety by being careful what info you share on here with folk. If anyone is giving you off vibes don't talk to them. And make friends off of RF if you can. In the real world. Not just online friends.

That's the advice I wish people gave me as a kid. My schoolwork was negatively affected as a teen because I was too busy on RF trying to make friends and had none offline. And I could've been safer talking to people online as well.

Lol the school once took my computer away and actually blocked RF for a little while back then. That's how badly it affected my grades. Here's some quick advice- if you end up with internet obsession issues RF can ban you temporarily while you work on them. If its a distraction they can ban you by request and unban you later. And then you can evaluate why the internet is a problem sometimes its something bigger then oh it's addicting. For me it was a lack of time management combined with a lack of friends. Then work on balancing it better.

I'm not saying you'll make the same mistakes I made. Just sharing mistakes I made. It's probably not needed. But I feel better sharing.

Welcome to the forum!

Fellow horror junkie here! What are some of your favorite horror movies and shows?
I really enjoyed Bride of Chucky, and the other Child’s Play movies ive had time to watch so far. Yet I still have to watch Child’s play 3 and the others… Im also thinking about watching Halloween, ive heard it’s good. I seem to enjoy the more classical horror movies.

Yup, im 15, just for the people out there. Of course, I plan to be safe on this website. I learned that the hard way, unfortunately… thanks for advising me with this advice otherwise. Espically making friends off this website, I always gotta remember that, although I struggle making friends that aren’t online. Because I struggle in real life. But I try. Nice to meet you, though, for reals! ✌️

Looking at your profile you also autistic like me and you are interested in witchcraft tho you don't know much about it?

I'm really knowledgeable on autism and know a bit about witchcraft. I'd be willing to answer questions you may have on either.

A thread I made a long time ago that could be useful(not saying you practice witchcraft but if it interests you these tips are useful if you interested in dabbling in it)

Yup! Im autistic, it’s been getting harder to manage the older I get, apparently. Im much more sensitive with anything sensory.
Also, im planning to do more research with witchcraft, because it indeed interests me. Haven’t been able to have time for it yet, though. I’ll indeed look at this thread though! Thank you!

An idea...if you curious on the experiences of witches you can start up a Q&A in the interfaith section inviting any witches to answer the questions and share their personal experiences. You don't have to do that and I hesitate giving a lot of advice to you on witchcraft and the occult due to your age. I've always felt that while it's OK for minors to look into witchcraft having an adult teach them about it should be done very carefully so that they dont force any opinions on the kid or influence their experiences with the occult. And some occult practices I believe aren't for kids I wouldn't share info on those with them in detail anyway. But there is some use in understanding others experiences in helping you learn about witchcraft and give some guidance in forming your own views and path. It could at the least give you a jumping off point to read more on things. And talking to older witches can help you avoid any more dangerous paths.

One thing I would point out? Before committing to any path regarding any religion even if it doesnt involve witchcraft?. Make sure it seems right for you. Maybe if you start wanting to follow a path after research and such take time away from anything to do with it and think on it before committing. Something I've read is when exposed to things online sometimes people end up wanting or believing things due to exposure and not because they actually believe it or want to do those things. An example is from the therian community...that community identifies spiritually and psychologically as nonhumam animals. This is fine but there is something that community talks about called shifters disease. Where a person is surrounded by therian stuff all the time and begins having experiences that mimick therian experiences. But once away from that online exposure the experiences stop. There's also cases of kids watching people tic online and start developing tics themselves but the tics vanish after no longer constantly watching the content. Sometimes this even happens to adults and they go to the doctor to get treatment only for the symptoms to vanish after a while.

I point this out because it is important to keep this in mind when exploring religious paths virtually. Particularly when young and autistic.

A Q&A directed at witches can be very beneficial in helping you learn a little about witchcraft. But there is that small risk there that I just listed if you are constantly surrounded by that kind of info. I advise taking learning of any religious path slow and being careful with your research. That is all. You don't have to make a Q&A it's just a suggestion.

I looked at your profile and you say there you are autistic. Welcome to the club. I'm autistic like Voidcat, but in some ways it is an asset for me. I hope it is for you. My son is also autistic, but it definitely is not an asset for him. He can't talk at 36 years old.

I‘m only interested in witchcraft, not wanting to get into it myself until im an adult… maybe. Yet again, only interested.

I make sure to be careful with what I do and make sure all info I get is correct, and make sure to know for sure about anything in general

Ive been thinking about doing Q&A’s in general, not necessarily just for witchcraft, because I genuinely don't have much to post about. Maybe I will, but it’s something I’ll put more thought into.
