If by 'white' you mean of Western/Northern European descent, they are probably in Protestant Heaven. All other white women are in the Orthodox, Catholic, Jewish, and Islamic Heavens. Interestingly, some of the white women are in Goloka Vṛndāvana, which is higher than any Heaven. Moreover, others are in abodes such as The Summerland. I hope this is helpful.

Well crap. Doesn't matter unless there's women in it. There'll be plenty of women in all the hells, too. This afterlife stuff might not be so bad after all.
In my tradition, there are the Saptapātāla or Seven Hells. They are described as being more beautiful than the Seven Heavens.
