Europe but UK in particular. Until Brexit is sorted and everything settled down the UK will decline. It is already happening.

Although speculative, probabilistic history suggests the EU will be the first to go (specifically the EU rather than its constituent nation states).

The others have proved pretty robust for much longer giving them greater chance of remaining into the future.

EU needs to work hardest to keep together. US has internal conflicts. Russia seems most stable of these three, but for the people EU is still best of the three.

The one thing that especially troubles me is that the economic safeguards passed during the Obama administration because of the Great Recession have largely been rescinded by the Trump administration, so we're back operating our economy like a casino does.

However, I don't know what this, nor the changes that have taken place in the EU or Russia will lead to because there's too many variables involved. "Panic" is the quick destroyer of economies, but because "panic" usually involves the unforeeseen, the implication is that we don't know if, when, and where it may happen.

Part of it is
Actually the name Russia applies to the country region that lies west of the Urals, so all of historical Russia lies in Europe. However, if by Russia you are talking about the state by the name of the Russian Federation, which includes the lands east of the Urals, then you are correct.

Europe and the eu in particular, Italy best option is to withdraw from the euro zone or leave completely and Spains not far behind them, it's a house of cards made worse by Mrs mopp Merkel.

No specific terms. Who's the first to sink?
Even quite recently this question would have a great deal of meaning. But in the 21st century, with our increasingly global economy it has little and that's shrinking.

We're like a bunch of ships all tied together by crucial trade lines.

The USA will probably fall first and fastest because we're highest. But that'll drag everyone down fast. Especially if our government resorts to military force, which I believe is virtually inevitable.
