My sister made me buy subway for both lunch and dinner.
It means you have good food when you work in the hot sun. My advice is to work in hot weather more often, preferably wearing winter clothes.
Since she didn't make you buy it for breakfast, this means that she hates it. Don't buy her food from Subway again.
