There are Four Fundamentals Forces of Nature...
In physics, the fundamental interactions or fundamental forces are the interactions that do not appear to be reducible to more basic interactions. There are four fundamental interactions known to exist:
- Gravity
- Electromagnetism
- Weak interaction
- Strong interaction

We find this taught in the Old Testament in the famous 'Ezekiel's Wheels' passages...
Ezekiel 1:10
"As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle."
LION
The Bible describes the Lion as POWERFUL...
Daniel 6:27
"He delivereth and rescueth, and he worketh signs and wonders in heaven and in earth, who hath delivered Daniel from the power of the lions"
Note that the word 'Power' in the Bible is the same as our modern word, Electromagnetism. Thus, the Lion would best represent Electromagnetism.
OX
The Bible describes the Ox as STRONG...
Proverbs 14:4
"Where no oxen are, the crib is clean: but much increase is by the strength of the ox"
Thus, the Ox would best represent the Strong Force.
EAGLE
The Bible describes the Eagle as swift. The Eagle can also defy GRAVITY...
Obadiah 1:4
"Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the LORD"
It is the concept of 'what goes up, must come down'. Thus, the Eagle would best represent Gravity.
MAN
Compared to all the other Creatures, Man is WEAK...
Matthew 26:41
"Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak"
Thus, the Man would best represent the Weak Force.
Summary
The Four Forces of Nature are a perfect match for the Four Faces of the living Creatures of Ezekiel.
Note that the Four Forces pattern is found elsewhere in the Bible, such as in the Book of Revelation...
Revelation 4:6-7
"And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind. And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle."
When One uses the above information to interpret the rest of Ezekiel, what we discover is that the vision describes Quantum Mechanics and Particle Physics within the overall theme of Salvation.
