frubals and birth control

I want to run an experiment. It is harmless and maybe in an abstract way will get us all to many of us to think outside the box on a more serious issue without creating undo attentions:

similarities frubals and sex:

both pleasure to give and recieve
both lead to excess population
both highly to moderatly addictive for many or most
both if percieved as a problem could have mutliple solutions and not only which were feasible but which should be used first or more heavily would be an issue of debate.

Now lets say for the sake of this experiment that there was a finite amount of room for the frubals but in our joy of giving and recieving them we as an online community went rampant with them (ok we are going rampant with them) and it had the potential to cause excess frubal population problems in the future.

What would some of the arugments be for the pros and cons of curtaing frubals and which meathods would be stronger than others in effect of curtailing frubals and the moral implications of those meathods.

It seems that way. I thought that I had managed enough time so that I had had 24 hrs since the last fruballing, but I still have to wait it out. Oh, that there would be frubal viagra .
