Fulfilment.

Matthew 5
18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Fulfillment is related to unjustified hatred:

John 15
23 He that hateth me hateth my Father also.
24 If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.
25 But [this cometh to pass], that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.
26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, [even] the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

Psalms 35
19 Let not them that are mine enemies wrongfully rejoice over me: [neither] let them wink with the eye that hate me without a cause.

Psalms 69
4 They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, [being] mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored [that] which I took not away.

Psalms 109
3 They compassed me about also with words of hatred; and fought against me without a cause.

Isaiah 55
3 Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, [even] the sure mercies of David.
4 Behold, I have given him [for] a witness to the people, a leader and commander to the people.

What was it you wished to debate?
Anything related to the fulfilment. Christianity holds that the Mosaic law was to some degree done away with, but the opposing argument from the gospels is that fulfilment must occur before this happens. Essentially it's an argument between Christianity and Judaism much along the lines of the Council of Jerusalem.

IMO the resolution of the argument can be found from the associations of the symbols and ideas that are disclosed by the prophets. Unjustified hatred, the hatred that the world has for the divine, is the doorway to these symbols.

Fulfillment is related to unjustified hatred:
I don't see it that way. Look at the verse that precedes that verse. I believe that the fulfillment means that Jesus came to fulfill the law of God, not to destroy it, as Jews believed.

17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

However, the fulfillment is related to unjustified hatred towards Jesus.
John 15
23 He that hateth me hateth my Father also.
24 If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.
25 But [this cometh to pass], that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.

I believe that the Comforter and Spirit of truth refers to that man who the Father would send to testify of Jesus, among other things.

John 14:16-17 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

John 15:26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

John 16:7-11 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: Of sin, because they believe not on me; Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

John 16:12-14 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

Fulfillment of the Torah is consistent with the teaching about unjustified hatred because that teaching emphasises justice.
There's another connection to the Psalms relating to that teaching if the Spirit of Truth is the same as the set-apart spirit of the Psalms, which appears be be the case.

Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.
Psalms 51:11
