Funniest Religion

I don't believe in a punishing god because it isn't funny.I believe in power and fun.So what religion is the most fun one you think?I don't believe in strict morality fun is more important than morality but some morality is ok.I am mainly left hand path but i come across some religious people (christian , muslim , buddhist/hindu etc) that are incredibly funny.So What religion lets me have most fun do you think?

I don't like to say most fun, most true, most or best anything..but my own, Ásatrú/Heathenry, would definitely be a contender. Majority of my ritual/ceremony time is sharing good drinks with Gods, ancestors, family and friends. Joy and generally having a good time...fun...is key to the traditions. We truly party and celebrate religiously.

Any religion that has a "do what you will" attitude sounds pretty fun to me. I do have to agree with Sees. Asatru does sound fun too.

Freedom comes with freeing yourself from attachments to higher powers. If you are seeking a religion that is simply laid back, there are many. But if you are seeking total freedom, a religion to join while at the same time be who you want to be, then my advice is personal religion. Separate oneself from God as a source and you'll find freedom, and separating oneself from God includes separating oneself from God concepts.

I think the easiest way to go about this would be to practice what you think should be practiced, believe what you think should be believed, and at the slightest discomfort eliminate it. That's just my advice.


Why look for an already organized set of beliefs? I'm of the opinion that we all believe in the truth. We all have different truths, but certainly whatever beliefs one holds is the Truth to them. Believe in 100% of your true beliefs, it is much better than believing in 99.9% of an already organized set of beliefs.

Any religion can be funny. I'm not sure what sort of humor you're talking about though. I think if something is silly to you though I doubt it would be something one could take seriously?
