I've read that man was cast out of the Garden because they had become complacent with life and had actually started to regress to a vegetative state. So the keepers cast them out; so they would evolve and become God's like themselves, or stewards and their brother's keepers.

And the Lord God said, “The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.”

Love changes things.

I think that "the garden" in Islam, the world is a fractal of it and of hell. Not an exact fractal, but a similarity, a fraction.

I thought they were kicked out for disobeying god even though they didn't know that disobeying god was wrong until they ate from the tree.

(God wasted no time with the inconsistencies).
