General Guidelines - Factually explained - On the Basis of a Good Bad Example

Hello,

I wrote a lot about my schizoaffective disorder and what helped me.
I think It can help everyone.

Executive Summary:
- Psychic disorders can arise when one thinks and acts "wrong"
-Conversely, it can help against mental disorders to think and act properly
-The right thinking and acting can also help everyone else to become happier
-I lived the last 7 years with schizoaffective disorder and thought and acted wrong. During the illness I looked very much into myself and my surroundings to find solutions which I now present. I feel so much better now.
-The laws are not always enough
-The "psychotic experience" has a lot to do with religion. Basically, my illness ultimately led me to believe. Faith helps to think positive and to give confidence in the future

General Guidelines 2017.6 - On the Basis of a Good Bad Example | Self Esteem | Thought

Some constructive criticism / feedback would be nice. I just want to give meaningful hints. I guarantee you that I have described everything truthfully and everything described corresponds to my feelings / my memories.

Of course, this is not a panacea, but it definitely helped me a lot.

My general feedback is "wonderful". Not everything works for everyone but what I read seems sound and I'm very happy it's helped you.

Not sure why you had to guarantee that you were telling the truth but have you ever wondered, was I born with this problem and my only recourse to correct the problem was to seek a solution or was I given this problem after I was born?

I guess it probably is a mixture of both. My natural personality was never very good. But instead of finding a solution, I might have just had to hold on to the 10 commandments and other religious requirements. But I guess I was to logic-bound to go for that.

Rather than say you were logic-bound could it be that you choose logic as the means to find your solution. I like to think that I've never made a mistake, I just didn't have enough data when I made my choice. Religion is cool, if it teaches you to believe in yourself.

Well actually I´m still stupid to say "I was to logic-bound". More correct to say would be "I reduced logic to much to natural science". I didn´t take humanities as sciences. I refused to believe anything, that didn´t seem graspable with natural science. Some things should just never be put into formulas and tried to be understood nature-scientific. But that doesn´t mean that they cannot be reasonably understood. But I still have trouble following spiritual writings, so I tried to rationalize this one more.

Everyone has trouble follow following scripture because it speaks to the individual and those that think they understand.
I would caution you on the use of the word "never", we don't know the end of the story, yet!

Well that´s also right, but I think mankind has a tendency to "overdo" it with science?
It seems reasonable to not go as far as to "play god".

Thats not what I meant. Obviously you don´t want to pick a fight with god.

What I mean is that mankind shouldnt try to get to powerful for its own good. Like the invention of the nuke posses a danger.

So I just guess that "overdoing" it with science posses dangers.

Technology is appreciated by the herd, it does stuff for you, ideals on the other had, require involvement and an investment by the individual.

Well I definitely like technology. I would even call myself a technology nerd. As long as it doesn´t endanger people.
I like ideals, too. Though I´m lazy and haven´t been on a demonstration yet.
I´m showing ideals more in everyday communication with my environment. That´s not much work.
Ideals don´t have to be exhausting.
