Don't brie ridiculous.I'm late to this thread, but I think you've all missed the point of the OP.
It's really a metaphor for pushing the heretical notion that soft cheeses
are better than hard cheeses. This is, of course, ridiculous because all
the truly great cheeses require drying & aging.
