God not only is not a human being, he has no form -- no hands, no feet, no face... so he is not of any race. Quite honestly, I thought your question was ridiculous.
unfortunately and ridiculous, or not, some believe god's skin color is the same as their own and not another's.

The phrase "image of God" is found in three passages in the Hebrew Bible, all in the Book of Genesis 1–11:

Gen 1:26–28
And God said: 'Let us make man in our image/b'tsalmeinu, after our likeness/kid'muteinu;


Gen 5:1–3
In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made He him.
Gen 9:6
for in God's image/tselem He made man.
Oh. That's right, it's all allegorical.
