Good on AG Merrick Garland for suing Texas over anti-abortion law.

He's done the right thing, in my opinion, and the reasons that he gave seem well-thought-out and very likely to succeed.

The Texans "are bravely in their battles set," but likely to fare as badly as the French at Agincourt.

Agreed.

There needs to be pushback against all the wrong wing agenda.

Are we trying to advance or go back to the dark ages??

It'll be interesting to see where this goes. The "freedom" party is making its hypocrisy worse.

Pretty pathetic Texas will ban abortions but will still execute the mentally handicapped. So much into loving freedom that cannabis is illegal and they're pushing abortions that way.
Can they at least be honest they aren't pro-life or pro-freedom?

Honesty ?

Republicans ?

You’re kidding, right?

As long as they have their symbiotic relationship with the christian right “or wrong?”, they will continue the push to move the US into the new dark ages.

Yup. Except in the Dark Ages they knew better in many things. Like when deadly diseases are going around.
