This is interesting. I was reading the comments and apparently this isnt an entirely accurate representation of what the ai can do but it is still shockingly impressive.
I am worried about where this will lead though. At what point will we not be able to trust media because it can all be ai generated?
I am currently using Adobe Firefly AI in my job and it is an amazing tool for reference and a base drawing. It is especially useful when it comes to idea generation and experimentation, colour layout and composition. But it seems that as effective as it is now only, I am going to transition into becoming some form of Ai design specialist rather than a graphic designer because less designers will be needed per company, which is already happening without AI. Not complaining though, it is just a profession to me. And AI is fun to use and push boundaries. I worry about other designers and artists and photographers, not so much those experts in the industry but people whk just finished studying, junior designers, who will end up with a waste of an education.
Gemini will make it even more difficult to find jobs as a designer and now a video photographer.
But the technology is bloody amazing and I am super impessed. Yet I fear whether it will make humans irrelevant, and whether it will cause capitalisn to become unfeasible because AI might increase unemployment exponentially.
