Interesting. I am not confused, but something is missing, I think. I can't tell by all that if you are an American from the U.S.A.Lol, nope, callsign as in a 'handle' or name that other use to refer to me on radio. We used it for movements during training and stateside operations. Ultimately it stands for LawDog reflecting the fact that I was Security in the military and it happens to be part of my last name.
And yes, I'm in the states currently everywhere simply because my civilian job has me working wherever it needs. If it helps confuse you more, Donnie isn't my first name but a modification of a name given me by my other half
As a Christian, are you saying I'm not seeking the truth?
So i recently logged onto a forum which was supposed to be for religious discussions and debates. I posted a thread introducing myself, and I posted another thread outlining, in brief, some of my views on my journey through my belief structures. Well I woke up today and I was banned indefinitely without a reason...still waiting on that answer.
Anyway, I'm here because I refuse to give up on being able to discuss/debate my views, and those of others, in an environment open to listening and providing feedback in a non-hostile way. I don't ever intend to attack anyone, I simply like to share my views and wish the same of everyone else.
That being said, I'm sure you'll see me in and out around here. I have a theistic outlook on life although I am decidedly not Christian anymore and instead choose to follow a path of seeking the truth. So we'll see where that leads, and hopefully I can enjoy some good discussions in here along the way.

But as a Christian, aren't you certain and confident that you've already found it?
Welcome to RF. Mods here are universally attractive and intelligent folks (at least the Australian ones are), so keep it civil I doubt there'll be an issue.
Feel free to PM me any specific questions you have though.
Thank you... that sounds so better!Ken,
So long as you are following what the Christian faith teaches I'm sure that you are seeking the truth. I simply have gotten tired of far too many "Christians" who talk about life in one hand and live it out of another. I'm not even saying that Christianity has it wrong, I personally believe that we can find even more truth by seeking what God has intertwined in other religions as well as through the fabric of the universe he created for us to dwell in.
Hope that clarifies my statement a bit.

Yes, people saying one thing and living another isn't quite the best example.
Please forgive us for a bad representation and please pray for us.
Yes, seeking truth should be the goal. But some things are not knowable. For example, the structure and functioning of the spiritual realm. And some things are knowable and provable, such as science when using the scientific method. But this is limited to the material physical realm and is simply not helpful when dealing with spiritual questions.I am decidedly not Christian anymore and instead choose to follow a path of seeking the truth.
Perhaps. It's obviously impossible for us to know. Therefore:So i recently logged onto a forum which was supposed to be for religious discussions and debates.
