Coamhiunn is the summer solstice. It's known in a few other religions as other things, but in Druidry, it's Coamhiunn. For us, it marks the half-way point in this year (which began on October 31). There is some religious meaning behind it as well though.
Note that the spelling in those two are off. They have been Anglicized, instead of keeping them as they were. For instance, "Beltane", would be Bhealltainn, Walpurgisnacht, or Cyntefyn.
Coamhiunn is also known as Sheathuinn, but I prefer Coamhiunn. Coamhiunn is pronouned "Comb-h-win" ("Comb" then "win" with a little bit of a "w" sound in the front.).
Currently, we are in Coamhiunn, though that Wiccan Wheel of the Year notes it as "Midsummer".
