I hope yall enjoying the "holiday". My harvest goals are building up a pagan community on meetup and local UU by CUUPs. Have to concentrate on that.

Wanning goals, take a break on RF until new moon 14th.

Ill see you then,

Cheerios!

I use the true cross-quarters, so it isn't until this Friday for me, but I still can't quite come up with what I want to do for a ritual. The seed of an idea is there. Developing it is the challenging part.

I learned that lammas (originally hlafmas - "loaf mass") was Anglo-Saxon and not Scandinavian. A few ultra-conservative Heathens pooh-poohed it. But I think it's right and proper to give thanks for what the Earth gives no matter who did what when, even if it's not "canon". So I did a small blót with a Guiness Black (from barley, a grain ;)), and a fresh baked multi-grain roll.

Loo-nah-sah, IIRC. I just call the darned thing MidSummer, because it's the middle of summer... spot between Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox.
