Now it's a coup attempt? Has anyone or Trump been charged with insurrection? The answer is no.

For your edification a coup and an insurrection are very different in law, it is also the case that since insurrection is not well defined but falls into the realm of sedition, the cases that could have been formally charged as insurrection were charged under the clearer statute of seditious conspiracy though only nit pickers would think that this absolved those convicted of seditious conspiracy of not been part of an insurrection.
Trump attempted a coup but his connection to the incitement of the external events on Jan. 6 that Seditious conspiracy was the charge brought successfully upon several of the perpetrators of the events on Jan.6 which would meet any colloquial definition.

In addition to the handful of seditious conspiracy charges against members of two militias, the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys, prosecutors have charged various rioters with such crimes as assaulting police officers, obstructing an official congressional proceeding and trespassing.

Another Supreme court case challenged the authority of any agency to make laws, since only Congress can do that.

All recent presidents have used executive orders at times and that's true of Donald J. Trump as well.

The agencies has made laws for their own growth; red tape for unions to add more employees, and not the best interests of the American people. Government is very often the source of many economic problems.

So, money is more important than workers and their families? Aren't you aware that when workers make money and they & their families spend it, this boosts the economy through the law of supply & demand?
