I wouldn't go so far as to say 'Changed my life' - perhaps more 'added to it'

Whoa Yes ! many - Pah, Qtpi, Bastet, maize, Sunstone,Feathers, Katzpur, Yourself Malus, Kathryn, From the heart, druidus, Jewscout.....oh heck -m go look at the membership list.:biglaugh:
Have you met your best friend here?
I guess I probably have; until I joined this forum, I had few friends - I have a brake lever for friendships; having spent a lot of my life travelling, I hav found that losing friends through moving on has hurt too much. There is a bit more 'permanency' here - even if people move, we still communicate here.

Have you learnt anything from a member?
I have learned many things from many members. Mostly wrong preconceptions about different subjects have been up-ended in my mind; and I am grateful for those responsible for that change.

Eh, not so sure. Every time I find complicated (or simple) physics in my college course I think to myself, "I'll ask Spinks about that". I always forget though. Does that count?

Whwnever I sign into MSN, I'm thinking "What's that Steve upto?"

Millions. Jayhawker is a tome of knowledge on all things it appears. Pah is similar, I imagine he has a massive library in his house. I've learned about Judaism form Jewscout. Painted Wolf seems to be biosciences personified.

Not yet, but I haven't been here that long.

Have you met someone here that has become a part of your life (not just one way but any)?
Know one has really change my life yet, but I have met some real nice people. Ex. Feathersinhair, Michael, Pah, Scott1, Maize, Katzpur, Robtex, Orichalcum, Druidus, Lady Crimson. I know I'm probably missed quite a few people. Sorry.

Have you met your best friend here?
Nope :(. Sorry, but know one can replace my best friend.

Have you learnt anything from a member?
A few posters that I have learned from reading on the forum (most of which I didn't respond to, but I do read a lot of posts): Maize, Jonny, Victor, Duet (Jay), Netdoc, Pah, Michel, Scott1, Iacobpersul. It wasn't anything in particular that I learned, but I do learn a lot about many religions. Once again, I'm missing plenty, but these stood out in my mind.

Oh yeah, almost forgot, I have learned some good things from you Malus01 regarding vbulletin :D. Thanks. I do appreciate it.

Right off the top of my head, MasterVigil made the most dramatic change in my life by posting about Taoism and getting me interested in it. Without him I doubt I'd have ever found it. I'll make a more detailed post when I have more time.

I've been blessed with being able to call friends many wonderful people here... with such a broad range of beliefs and personalities to interact with, this place has been a blessing beyond words.

But, most importantly, I have become a better "Happy pagan" dancer because of RF.:bounce :bounce

Yes..greatly...I've learned about misconceptions about other religions, and that with acceptance in life comes understanding towards others...in learning things I've better come to understand religion as a whole and that I'm strong in my faith and nothing can shake it.:)

i have been influenced by almost every member of this Forum at one point or another. I have learned so much from people on RF i can not begin to list them all.

Too many to count! I don't want to name any names for fear of accidently excluding anyone, but many members have added rich detail to my life that was missing before. Michel articulated something that I hadn't even been aware of- that if one moves a lot, they tend to be wary of making friends. While I'm not sure if RF has completely cured that, it's helped me quite a ways toward healing.

Several of them, in fact. :bounce (I don't think one can have too many best friends!)

Not really. At least no one that I didn't already know.

Well, I'd like to think that I learn something from everyone I encounter. The first people that come to mind are my fellow UUs on the forum, Lilithu, Davidium and robtex in particular. I've learned a lot from others as well, and there are far too many to try and name, but they know who they are. ;)

I have come to greatly appreciate Catholicism, Eastern Orthodoxy, and UU through the quality of their spokespeople - not to mention the persistent patience of the moderators who so graciously put up with me. Shalom.

Wow, this is such a great thread! I have made some very good friends that have enriched my life in ways they aren't even aware of. I guess I should let them know....frubals to you all! :bounce

I don't even know where to begin to name those of you who have made such an impact in the way I view things both religiously and otherwise, and for that I am greatful!

Thank you to all of you...
You know who you are! ;)
