Hated Routine Chores

I gotta dye my hair tonight.

Its not such a big deal when its just dye. That's quick, and although messy, its easy. The thing I hate most is bleaching my roots, which are too dark to pick up the colors.

I know I don't have to do it. But if I gotta have hair, I want it to look the way I want it to look. My husband says I can't shave my head and wear wigs. This is fair. I won't let him cut his hair, either.

But I still don't like this.

What routine chore do you have to do that you'd prefer to get out of?

Taking out the trash, I hate the walk.

Cleaning dishes, I often just do not eat all day until my hunger forces me to clean them in order to cook. I love cooking, hate dishes. May God destroy the dishes.

Brushing/flossing my teeth, I hate the sensation in my mouth.

I hate taking out the trash, too, though its because one of my sons uses this as an opportunity to jet out of the house and then i have to catch him again. I usually have my oldest son do it, due to this complication.

I feel the same on the dishes. I chose my house because it had a dishwasher...

I actually don't mind washing dishes. Then again, I wash up as I go so I never need to wash piles of plates etc.

I only hand sand for fine detail
I rarely do any sanding. It makes dust, you cannot look directly at what you are sanding, you can over-sand, you can spend hours to get something just a little cleaner or smoother, it makes noise, its hard on your elbows and shoulders, gets in your eyes, gets on your clothes, makes you sweat. It makes time pass very slowly.

I've done many wood and metal projects. I find it relaxing.

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.

All of them. I dunno why.

It's a bad disposition that I'm fighting to this very day.
