My friend just let me know about a little Chihuahua named CiCi in need of some help. She's personally verified this, it's not a scam. Please help! (Email with backstory at the end of this post.)
All you have to do is go to this link ( http://www.cutestdogcompetition.com/...4D1F10A625CF85 ) and click under the picture where it says to to vote. The picture there is the brother of the Chi who need surgery. His name is Scooter and he's helping his sister out.
It only will only take you a few moments and will help give a little Chi the surgery she needs! From what my friend told me, I understand we only need 500 more votes. This is entirely possible if everyone spends a few moments to pass the word along. Let's get a landslide victory for her and her brother.

about 3 years ago we rescued a new born Chi from the Lorain County Dog Pound with rear legs so deformed they had to be removed. We now have his sister.
We were contacted a few days ago by a Hispanic lady to take a Chihuahua who was crippled. It was very hard to understand her broken English but when she took us into her kitchen she showed us every newspaper photo and article Scooter every had, all posted on her refrigerator. This was the person that took the new born pup "Scooter" to the dog pound because of his deformity.
Scooter has brought so many smiles and love to nursing home patients and schools he now has a chance to help save his sisters legs. The woman surrendered his sister Ci Ci to us because she has no money for her surgery.
She has had xrays and the cost of her surgery is est. $1,800.00 or she will never walk normal and may need her legs amputated due to pain.
