Plz help ne its 1:00am and im scare this is whats wrong, it should go away some time after i get sleep but i need some comfort its bad

I'm not sure what to say, other than to relax, but that's obvious. Splash some cold water into your face. Sit down in silence and drink some water. If anybody is nearby, get them to help. If it is really serious, contact emergency authorities.

Hon....go tell your parents how you are feeling. This sounds serious enough that you need to confide in them. Try to relax and say a prayer asking God to help you. :hug:

Relax. That's the biggest thing I can say. Don't let yourself hyperventalite. Don't focus on it. Instead watch a movie, play a video game, pray, get involved in something that will take you attention away from it.

Splashing water in face helps, jumping jacks, exercise. Don't dwell on it, trust me, it doesn't help. Get away from wherever you are and do something different, direct your attetnion elsewhere.

:p Dude, the best thing is just to be! Your mind will buzz away, but just let it!!! It's only the third part of you, there are two others to dwell in and they are equally important to you.

My brother has bad panic attacks, the way that he hanndles it is that he doesn't go anywhere that will cause him stress. It works for him, until he goes to work then it gets bad at rush hour. I have only had a panic attack once, i know how it is, but i don't really know how to prevent it
