Yes, but frubie is just slang for the actual Divine Word Frubal. You can't base a translation on colloquial slang.
I will accept that newbie is only slang for Newbal, itself related to the Holy Frubal which has found its endearment in the word frubie.
No, the origin of "frubal" is the Indo-Prussian word "furball", which meant a prize given up by sacred felines. "Furball" is from the Latin word "furbie", which the much coveted gift a virgin could give her husband. So "frubie" is most closely related to the root word. QED.
