Thank you all. Just to clear up a bit I have mental illness called schizoaffective disorder and I have five screws in my right ankle and I live in a place which is a community psych ward. And yes I haven’t posted in about five years.

I've done my time (in the past) in the psych ward for paranoid delusions, but these days I'm free as I'm safely medicated.

Welcome back. I live in Melbourne also and have just left the forum but look in on occasion and saw your thread.
Interestingly my son, who had schizophrenia, would be about you age if he was still alive. He died of a heart problem about 5 years ago.

I don't live in a psych ward. But i do live in a group home for developmentally disabled adults.
