High-Tech Toilet Seat Answers America's Desire for a Healthy Lifestyle

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb 22, 2005 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Americans are focused on a cleaner, healthier life and home. Their interests range from having pure water for drinking, cooking, and washing through home water filtration systems to eco- friendly appliances and cleaners. More than just cleanliness, today's homeowners want their healthy home to enhance their life and style. The latest innovation to catch the wellness wave is the Swash, a high-tech toilet 'seat bidet' from Brondell Inc. that provides people of all ages with a new level of luxury and hygiene in the bathroom.

...

Anyone, men or women, from children to the elderly can benefit from using the Swash. The Swash replaces a conventional toilet seat and fits 95% of all residential toilets. It delivers exceptional comfort and relief for hemorrhoid sufferers, people with disabilities and mobility issues, recovering surgical patients and incontinence sufferers. The Swash also provides superior hygiene for pregnant women as well as dignity for senior citizens.

One of our children on a holiday to Spain (He was about 5 years old) went straight into the bathroom as we got to the hotel. Marie and I were still checking the room when he came out of the bathroom, looking a bit bemused "They've got really wierd toilets here, Mum", he said"They haven't even got seats on them !"
