I don't know. I could not possibly know, since you did not attempt to answer my question and I still have no idea of what would indicate "divine quality".
Yes, to happily accept the will-of-God is useful in practice as criteria to perceive divine quality.

"To cooperate with evil is evil".-- Gandhi

LOL.

The same Gandhi who “believed in Aryan brotherhood” (Ashwin Desau) was “undoubtedly at times ignorant and prejudiced about South Africa’s blacks” (Rajmohan Gandhi).

With a quote like that, and views like yours, no wonder a Hindu nationalist shot him for “collaborating” with partition.

The tribes of Meghalaya state in India are matriarchal and Christian - Khasi, Garo.

The opposite of patriarchal is not matriarchal, this is merely the shoe on the other foot.

The true opposite of the patriarchy is sex equality.

The continued existence of matriarchal societies, however, is the closest we will get.

We have that in the rest of India but do not interfere in the cultural traditions of the people unless they bring it to courts.
When brought to Court, Indian courts have upheld the right of Muslim women for maintenance after divorce which is contrary to the 'Shariah' laws.
Strict equality except in case of marriage rights of the LGBTQ, for which Courts need a law passed by the Parliament.
Indian Parliament is dithering on that because of political reasons, no religion likes it.

India has the best Supreme Court in the world IMO, second being Israel.

To add to a topic often discussed here -

Abortion has been legal in India under various circumstances with the introduction of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP) Act, 1971. The Medical Termination of Pregnancy Regulations, 2003 were issued under the Act to enable women to access safe and legal abortion services.

The Supreme Court of India's judgement on 29th September, 2022, held that unmarried women have the same right to abortion as married women.

That is true. After Modi, if I have absolute faith in anything, it is the Indian Supreme Court. Many firsts to the credit of the Supreme Court.
They have stopped immediate demolition of houses of criminals on their own by governments, saying that it is unconstitutional; although general public favors it. The Court will hear the arguments from the side of states on October 1.

What was important was what Gandhi taught on this matter, thus not implying that he was perfect in any way or that he was right on all things as he certainly wasn't. Thus, you assumed wrong.

What a shame Nathuram Godse did not enrol in his class since he was too busy target practicing.

Does Hinduism have anybody that’s living in the flesh that’s considered to be a manifestation of God with divine qualities? If so, exactly what are these divine qualities?
I have lived with Sathya Sai Baba in India for 10 years, who claimed to be "a manifestation of God" (Poorna Avatar) with Divine Qualities:

He said there are 16 Divine Attributes:
Especially 4 of them intrigue me quite a bit
These are the 3 "omnis":
Omniscient, Omnipotent, Omnipresent

And "Love", meaning Pure Divine Love

And 12 more
